Project Taruni (Supported through Omori India and Suyog electricals)

It aims at providing the health education and behavior change among adolescent girls on menstruation health and hygiene. Currently TF is implementing this project in selected villages of Kapadwanj and Balasinor center.

Nutrimilk (Supported through Alltech Biotech, Bangaluru)

With the aim to improve the nutritional status of school going children, nutrient rich milk was given to children of selected schools of Anand district on daily basis.

Organic Farming (SAP, India)

With the aim to improve the nutritional status of school going children, nutrient rich milk was given to children of selected schools of Anand district on daily basis.

Childline

Anand City Childline and Railway Childline: Childline was a call centre to help children in distress, especially vulnerable children in and around Anand city and at Anand Railway station respectively. Childline team were also carring out awareness activities on regular basis. Both the city Childline & railway Childline regularly received calls for child begging, child labour and domestic violence. Awareness about the social problems affecting children is increasing due to all these activities.

Organic farming promotion was carried out to improve the nutrition and health status of community

Sanitary pad distribution was carried out in selected villages to improve the menstrual health of needy adolescents

Supported other Projects
and Activities:

Supported for construction of new building of Maternity Home at Kapadwanj. It has also supported for Diagnosis centre and Paediatric ward building renovation at Kapadwanj centre.

U.N. Mehta foundation is supporting Balasinor center as well as running pediatric clinic (OPD and day care services) at Balasinor center.

Dani Foundation, Mumbai supported Infrastructure renovation at training center of Anand as well as Kheda and Tarapur centers. It has also supported for Community based mother and child care related Jatan program and few other activities. Dani Foundation is also supporting Kapadwanj subcentre of Tribhuvandas Foundation for financial gap funding of upto Rs.30 lakhs for the FY 24-25 and upto Rs.40 lakhs for the FY 25-26.

With the generous support from Harsahdrai Trivedi and family, a facility-based Kangaroo Mother Care Unit was set up at Kapadwanj center where low birth weight babies were given Kangaroo Mother Care under supervision of health staff.

With funding support from the trust, sanitary pads are distributed free of cost to needy women of Sunav village and few other areas

Under the “Gift of Vision” activity of Sankara Eye Hospital, cataract operations were done free of cost in association with Tribhuvandas Foundation.
